How many days per week is this program?

Fast & Strong is programmed 5 days per week, with adjustments for a 4-day schedule instead if needed.

What equipment do I need?

A typical commercial gym. No fancy equipment that is difficult to find in a regular gym. Your runs can be done either on a treadmill, at track, or on the road.

How is this different than getting free workouts from youtube or social media?

Your Trainer: Natalie Eva Marie

Natalie has spent the majority of her life focused on fitness and athletics, excelling as an all-American collegiate athlete.

Leveraging her athletic background, Marie achieved WWE success as a wrestler on Raw, SmackDown, and Total Divas. In 2019, Natalie founded NEM Fit, a fitness platform focused on using her experience to help others achieve their fitness and physique goals.

Natalie has ~20 years of experience with strength training, muscle building, conditioning and body composition change. Over the past 7 years, Natalie has become an expert in endurance running, completing half marathons, full marathons, and an ultra marathon in 2021.

As a fitness coach and personal trainer, Natalie’s focus is on empowering other women with her diverse experience, mindset tools, and real-world strategies for peak performance and long-term wellness.
