Do I get access to all programs with my subscription?
Yes. Your membership covers full app access to all current and future plans!
Can I mix programs?
Yes, each program is written as a standalone program unless stated otherwise. But, you can blend programs as you desire for your unique goals or schedule.
What if I don't have access to certain equipment?
Check the programming for "alternate exercises" you can use if you're training from a home or limited gym!
How do I change plans inside the app?
You can click "unfollow calendar" under your current program. Then choose the new program you'd like to follow and select "add to calendar"
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. You are free to cancel your free trial or membership at any time.
