What is a WOD you may be asking...? It’s just a trendy acronym for Workout Of The Day, and with this eBook that is exactly what you will be getting - our personal daily workouts. The goal of this program is to use a blend of science and physiology to give you a strategic workout modality that will maximize fat loss in the most time-efficient manner possible while still preserving lean muscle tissue.
In other words, we want to turn your body into a shredded, fat-burning machine as quickly as possible.
We are going to do this by blending the two most scientifically studied and proven forms of exercise modalities in the most effective way possible to achieve this goal: High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and traditional Strength Training.
In this eBook you will find 4 full weeks of daily workouts (plus a bonus workout), laid out in an easy-to-follow plan with workout explanations for each day.
With the two-pronged strategy of blending Strength Training with HIIT, we will have you looking lean and defined in the shortest amount of time possible (as long as you work hard!). P.S. All the equipment you need can be found in most typical gyms:
- Kettlebells and / OR Dumbbells (can be swapped out for each other if you don't have both)
- Medicine ball
- Treadmill (or ability to run outside; or modifiable to other cardio)
- Skip Rope
- Barbell / Weighted Bar (Can easily substituted for Dumbbells or Kettlebells)
- Pull-Up Bar (modifiable)
