    Q. DO I HAVE TO WEIGH / MEASURE ALL MY FOOD EACH DAY?

    A. Yes, likely only temporarily though. You will have to track and weigh your food initially so that you learn your macros and portion sizes. Eventually, most people learn how to eliminate the majority of their weighing/measuring after about a week or two for the foods they eat on a regular basis.
